Paleo Biscuits

This is my new favorite recipe and I thought I’d share.  It makes one dozen, good for dinner, and the leftovers the next morning with a cup of coffee.

1/3 cup coconut flour

5 Tbsp butter or coconut oil, softened (Butter is better!)

4 eggs

2 Tbsp honey

dash of salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes.  Enjoy!
